Due to strong demand over the years, I'm finally spreading my wings (& knowledge) to the Melbourne CBD and surrounding areas.
I've established a couple of gyms to train through, including one in the city centre to cater for express, lunch time, group sessions as well as Saturday morning sessions.
Peninsula training will continue as usual in my new Mornington gym, complete with a boxing ring.
